I am a certified yoga teacher who has completed 500 hour Advanced Diploma in BioMedical Yoga, Meditation, & Lifestyle Medicine. 200 hour of Kundalini Yoga

I have specialized in trauma-informed and sensitive Yoga, yoga for relationships, Kundalini Yoga as therapy, Food and Mood connection, and Yoga Nidra.

During my years of teaching, I had the honor to work at the PA hospital with the brain injury unit providing adaptative chair yoga and the Mental Health Unit for over a year.

I currently work with groups in rehabilitation for drug abuse and women in DV’s as well as corporate sessions for Student One accommodation and Affinity nursing.

One-on-one sessions are held in the privacy of my home for people with many different conditions and goals.

You can also find me in different yoga studios around Brisbane having fun on the mat.

What I enjoy about yoga, apart from being fun, is observing how it changes people’s lives, posture, mood, and well-being. To help others to feel good is at the heart of my practice.

Guiding people in a yoga class is like taking them on an tour of self discovery, through sensations, physical and metal.
