When we think we finally have everything sorted it, life throws us another challenge.

At the age of 35 I quit my unhealthy lifestyle and corporate job, and when I thought “I finally did it, this is my time to live” my body decided to pay me a check. I fell ill, so ill that I could no longer work or carry on with a normal life. Doctors did not know where all of this was coming from and they did not know how to help, but yoga did.

I had never done exercise before in my life or even knew what stress and anxiety were, and the impact on the body and mind until I encountered yoga and meditation. After two tough years of recovery and dedication to the practice, I was able to come back to life, but this time to the life I always dreamed of having. Since then I decided to help others to experience well-being with the tools and knowledge I have gained from yoga through the years.
